Recruitment and account details support the features a customer chooses to use.

Access by account and role

Workspace access is managed through authenticated accounts, memberships and permissions.

AI as a work aid

Some features use AI to assist with recruitment tasks and may send the content needed for that task to an external provider.

Providers when needed

Selected service providers support features such as AI, bot protection and a user-requested WhatsApp handoff.

People make hiring decisions

AI-assisted tools support recruiters; organizations and people remain responsible for hiring decisions.

Accounts and workspace access

Names, email addresses, account and organization details, memberships, roles and permissions.

How it reaches us

How information reaches AbreuAI

Information may come from different points in a recruitment workflow:

  • Directly from account users and people contacting AbreuAI.
  • From an organization that uploads or enters recruitment information into its workspace.
  • From candidates who apply through a public job page or provide information to an organization.
  • Created when people use recruitment features, including information generated by AI-enabled tools or technical service events.
  • From a mailbox a customer chooses to connect for recruitment email intake, where that feature is enabled.

How it is used

How information is used

AbreuAI processes information to provide and maintain the features selected for a workspace, including to:

  • Manage candidate, job, client, application and pipeline records.
  • Support search, candidate-to-job matching, CV translation and AI-assisted review or recruitment content.
  • Operate accounts, permissions, service requests, usage and billing workflows.
  • Protect the service, troubleshoot issues and help prevent abuse.

CUSTOMER WORKSPACES

When an organization uses AbreuAI

Recruitment agencies, employers, HR and Talent Acquisition teams, and independent recruiters using AbreuAI decide what recruitment information to add to their workspace and how to use it in their processes. The organization manages its recruitment activity while AbreuAI provides the software and tools. The legal roles and responsibilities of each party depend on the service, relationship, agreements and applicable law.

  • Organizations are responsible for using the platform in line with applicable law, their commitments to candidates, their policies and the permissions that apply to their process.
  • AbreuAI provides technology for recruitment workflows; it does not choose which candidate information an organization shares or make hiring decisions for it.
  • The exact roles and responsibilities can depend on the context, jurisdiction and applicable agreements.

03 / Candidates

Candidates and public job applications

A candidate’s information may appear in a workspace because the person applied for a job, provided a CV, or was added by an organization using the platform. The organization may use it for the specific vacancy and, where relevant and supported by an appropriate legal basis and required notices, consider it for future opportunities.

01

A public application can include a name, phone number, optional email, CV and comments.

02

The organization responsible for recruitment may share a CV, experience, contact details and other relevant information with employers, client companies or hiring managers where needed to assess an opportunity and the applicable authorization or legal basis exists.

03

This may support presenting a candidate, assessing fit, coordinating interviews, continuing selection and managing offers. The organization decides when and with whom to share; AbreuAI provides the tools.

AI features

AI-assisted features

Depending on the feature, AI may help analyze recruitment information, translate CV content, support review, relate candidates and jobs, or prepare recruitment-related content.

Human judgment remains central

AI features are designed to support recruiters and do not replace the final hiring decision made by the people and organizations conducting the process.

Information sent for an AI task

Some AI features send the content needed for a requested task, such as analysis, translation or content generation, to an external provider such as OpenAI or, where configured, Google services. The provider depends on the feature; content may include personal information in CVs or other recruitment records.

04 / Providers

Service providers and external services

Some features rely on external services. Their involvement depends on the feature, configuration and choices made by a user or organization.

OpenAI

Selected AI-assisted features may use OpenAI or, where configured, Google services for analysis, translation or content generation. Which provider is used and what content is sent depend on the feature; inputs may contain personal information from CVs or job records.

Google reCAPTCHA

Selected forms may use Google reCAPTCHA to help detect bots and automated activity. It is a bot-protection service, not generative AI. Other Google technology services may support specific functions when configured.

WhatsApp

If you choose to continue a Contact or Demo conversation through WhatsApp, the prepared message is handed off to that service. Any conversation there is also subject to WhatsApp’s practices and terms.

Connected mailboxes

When an organization enables recruitment email intake, a supported mailbox service, such as Microsoft Graph or an IMAP mailbox, may provide messages and attachments for that workflow.

Security

How we protect information

AbreuAI uses account separation and access controls to manage workspace information. Security measures include authenticated access, roles and permissions, HTTPS, cryptographic password protection mechanisms, and controls intended to help limit abuse. Selected forms may also use reCAPTCHA.

Retention

Retention

Information is kept for the time needed to operate the service, support recruitment processes defined by the organization using AbreuAI, and meet applicable obligations. Specific periods can vary by information type, workspace and applicable requirements.

An authorized workspace owner can submit an account closure request through the service. Processing can involve review and operational steps; some commercial, security or service records may be retained in a limited form where appropriate. This notice does not promise immediate deletion from every system or backup.

Global

International use

AbreuAI may be used from different countries, and some technology providers may operate in other jurisdictions. The locations and legal requirements that apply can depend on the service, provider and context. This notice does not make a specific legal-transfer commitment.

Privacy requests

Your choices and privacy requests

The right place to start depends on whether your information relates to an organization’s recruitment process or directly to your relationship with AbreuAI.

01

Information in an organization’s workspace

For a candidate record or application, contact the organization managing the recruitment process first when you can identify it. That organization manages candidate records in its workspace and evaluates requests under applicable law. AbreuAI provides the platform and does not routinely enter a customer’s CRM to administer or directly delete candidates; where required by applicable legal or contractual obligations, it may provide technical assistance. This does not exclude obligations that may apply directly to AbreuAI.

02

Information related directly to AbreuAI

For an account, platform question, direct communications with AbreuAI, or a request legally addressed to AbreuAI, use our public Contact page.

Browser storage and preferences

The site uses session and request-protection mechanisms needed to operate forms and account access. The marketing site can store your light or dark theme preference in your browser. When reCAPTCHA is enabled on a selected form, that service may also use technical browser data for bot protection.

Service operations and billing

The platform may keep technical and service-usage records, such as event time, feature or provider usage, status and related account or record references. Where applicable, account workspaces can also include invoice, collection and payment-status information.

Professional use

AbreuAI is designed for professional use and recruitment processes, not as a service directed to children.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the product, our practices or applicable requirements change. The published version shows when it was last updated.
